Specimen pickups from clinics and draw sites to reference labs, packed, temperature-controlled and logged.
Specimens are only as good as the trip they take. We pick up from physician offices, urgent cares, mobile phlebotomists and draw sites and deliver to your lab inside the stability window, at the right temperature, with a record of every hand-off.

Common questions
How do you keep specimens at the right temperature?
Each vehicle carries separate insulated containers for ambient, refrigerated (2–8 °C) and frozen specimens, with gel packs or dry ice as the lab requires. We never mix temperature classes in one container.
What packaging do you use?
We follow the triple-packaging standard for Category B biological substances (UN3373): a leak-proof primary container, a sealed secondary bag with absorbent, and a rigid outer container. We can supply packaging or use yours.
Can you make end-of-day pickups at several offices?
Yes. That's one of the most common routes we run: a sweep of several practices in the afternoon, delivered to the lab before its cut-off.
