When something is urgent, it goes straight there. A STAT run is a direct drive from your door to the destination with no other stops, and you get a text at pickup and at delivery.

In our core area (Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, Brighton and nearby towns) pickup is typically within [60] minutes of your call. Farther pickups depend on distance; we'll give you an honest time on the phone.
Do STAT runs cost more?
Yes. A STAT run is a dedicated trip, so it's priced per run with a rush rate. Clients on a scheduled route get a lower STAT rate.
Can I book a STAT run after hours?
After-hours and weekend runs are available by arrangement. Regular clients get an after-hours number.
