What we collect

When you send the quote form, we receive the details you enter: your name, organization, email, phone number and the description of your request. Our web host may also keep standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security.

How we use it

We use your details only to answer your request and to provide the services you ask for. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for unrelated marketing.

Patient information

Please don't send patient information through this website. Patient information we handle while delivering is governed by our Business Associate Agreement with your organization, not by this policy.
